Betty Jane's 'Baked Damn Fish'
Fish filets of choice: (I use Rock Fish, Red Snapper, Bass).
In a small pan melt 1/2 cube of butter, add juice of 1/2 lemon, minced garlic, salt, pepper, sprinkle of dill. Pour 1/2 mixture in baking dish. Add fish filets. Pour remaining mixture on top of filets. Slice a large tomato and one large onion also piling on top of filets. Lastly pour 1 1/2 cups of a white wine over the filets. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 mins. Serve with egg noodles or rice.
