What you'll need for the salad: avocado, tomato, lemon, olive oil, mixed greens and Parmesan cheese.
Combine half a lemon and 1/4 cup of oil together with salt and pepper to taste. In a bowl add your mixed salad greens and dressing. Fold in 1/2 cup grated p. cheese. Then fold in tomato and lastly the avocado. We served it with baked Parmesan crusted chicken breasts.
