Cooked Brussel Sprouts tossed into arugula.
What you'll need: brussel sprouts, garlic, lemon, olive oil and arugula. Clean your brussel sprouts and cut in half. Add garlic cloves to taste. In a skillet place your brussel sprouts cut side down in olive oil with diced garlic and cook on medium heat until sprouts are tender and slightly brown. Toss into arugula and add lemon to taste. This is a delicious side dish with anything. 1/52
