We're a cake making family.. my adorable grandma started me off at the ripe age of 4. The tradition continues with my daughters and neice. This easy recipe is almost like a cobbler except with eggs. (the eggs are compliments of my cousins little hen's pictured below) Enjoy~ 





1 basket /cup of raspberries
1 cup of flour & 1 tablespoon
2/3 cup of brown sugar
2 eggs (optional)
1 teaspoon of baking power
2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
1/2 cup milk or coconut milk
mix the dry ingredients togethers
mix eggs & sugar ~ fold into dry ingredients
melt butter and milk ~ fold into batter and mix
pour into a smallish buttered baking dish & place raspberries on top
bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
serve with a glazed topping or ice cream ~ yum !
